POSITION: FAME Florida Tour and Camp Manager
DESCRIPTION: This position will manage the FAME Florida Tour which will include major shows in the following cities: Pensacola, Tampa/St. Pete, Orlando, Jacksonville, Fort Lauderdale, and Miami (North American Championships). There will also be as many as 10 minor shows also held in various locations around Florida. Florida residency is required and preferably in Orlando or Miami area. Travel around the state will be required. We will also run FAME Camps year round and you will be in charge of marketing, managing and participating in the camps. Position reports to the owner of the company.
RESPONSIBILITIES: You will manage the FAME Florida Tour and all aspects related to every show on the tour. Your job is to create, market, promote, and produce successful profitable shows. You will work with the venue, the hotel, the sponsors, and the athletes as well as the FAME headquarters.
REQUIREMENTS: Prefer a FAME Pro, College Degree in business/management related field. Background in Event Management, Budgeting, Marketing, Promotion and Sales. Must be a self starter and able to work alone efficiently. United States Citizenship a big plus.
SALARY: Base Salary plus bonus tied to profitability of the shows on the tour. The better you perform the more you will make!
