FAME In The Toronto Sun

An enormous amount of media made their way down to the John Bassett Theatre this past weekend to get a glimpse of the fantastic quality of athletes that were competing at the FAME World Championships.  Here is just one of the photos captured in the Toronto Sun.

Drug Testing Policies

It seems that due to the drug testing results from the Ainsley McSorley’s FAME Model Search Championships it has caused quite a stir with local media. The Winnipeg Sun and other Manitoba media have grabbed onto the most recent ban and written quite extensively on the subject of drug testing and the use of steriods.

Julie Coram Stripped Of Her Title

After great success of the Ainsley McSorley FAME Model Search Championships came a shocking revelation that Manitoba resident Julie Coram owner of a competition training company was tested positive for 2 types of steriods after her recent win. We as a company are saddened that she chose this route as not only has she affected her health but chose to step on our stage. Julie Coram has now been stripped of her title and banned from the organization due to her choices as we are serious when it comes to our drug testing procedures and want to keep not only a natural stage but a healthy stage too.

We are happy that this has come out because we don’t want people to think that abusing substances is the right thing to do. We are a drug free organization and we want to keep it that way.

WOW! What A Weekend

We just finished the FAME World Championships and Pro Showdown this past weekend and what a show it was. Lots of top quality athletes competing on one stage. FAME welcomed athletes as far as Australia, South Africa, United Kingdom and Czech Republic along with athletes from all over North America. Media, Photographers and other television crews packed the John Bassett Theatre to make sure they caught the most anticipated show of the year.

The time has come, are you ready?  The FAME Idol will take place in Toronto tomorrow (Tuesday June 10th).  If you want to compete at the FAME World Championships this weekend but have not yet qualified than this is for you.

Come try out, perform your routine, show off your mandatory poses, strut yourself like a model and show us your stage presence and confidence.  Remember this is your time to shine, so why not come to FAME Idol tomorrow and audition to qualify to compete this weekend at the FAME World Championships.
